The updated "Nebraska Extension Cares" resource cards are now available in the Nebraska Extension Marketplace Store.
These wallet-sized cards are an excellent way to offer helping resources to the community. They are designed to be a quick reference for anyone needing to reach out for help. The red border on the front of the card includes "Nebraska Needs You" and "Reach Out". Resources listed on the back of the card include the Rural Response Hotline website and phone number, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 9-8-8 universal Call or Text, and the Nebraska Family Helpline.
The "Nebraska Extension Cares" resource cards are also available in Spanish. In addition to the Rural Response Hotline and National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, these cards include the National Alliance for Hispanic Health.

The free cards come in bundles of 50 and you only pay for shipping. You can also order and pick up the cards from our warehouse on campus for no cost.
Please replace the cards you may have in your offices with the updated cards.
