“Nebraska Extension Cares” wallet-sized cards are an excellent way to offer helping resources to the community. The cards are designed to be a quick reference for anyone needing to reach out for help. The red border on the front of the card includes "Nebraska Needs You" and "Reach Out". Resources listed on the back of the card include the Rural Response Hotline website and phone number, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 9-8-8 universal Call or Text, and the Nebraska Family Helpline.
The "Nebraska Extension Cares" resource cards are available in English and Spanish. In addition to the Rural Response Hotline and National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, the Spanish language cards also include the National Alliance for Hispanic Health.

The free cards come in bundles of 50 and you only pay for shipping. You can also order the cards and choose to pick the cards up directly from the warehouse on campus to avoid paying shipping.
