Response Notes is for all-hazards events, not just natural disaster. Help us, help you!

When an emergency or disaster strikes, every action counts. Whether you're helping a family recover from a flood, supporting a rancher following a wildfire, reporting tornado damage or a train derailment in your community or sharing food safety information after a major power outage, the situational awareness you provide and your efforts matter!

Use Nebraska Extension’s Response Notes to let the Extension Disaster Education Network (EDEN), Nebraska Extension leadership, and our USDA liaisons know whether you've been affected, to ask for help, and to share news about what you're doing to recover or to help your constituents recover.

Simple, Fast, and Effective
Anyone in your office(s) can use the Response Notes form. Submit the form as often as you like. Don’t be too concerned with spelling, grammar, polish, or lingo. Just jot down what you know at the time. We will clean it up before sending it on.
