Our work across Nebraska matters, and we know how demanding it can be. To support short moments in the day to pause and reset, we are offering each Nebraska Extension office a Take 5 to Thrive Kit. These kits are designed to make it easy for faculty and staff to step away briefly, regroup, and return feeling a little more centered.
Each kit comes with starter supplies and simple tools you can use right away. Offices can make the kit their own. Some may choose to set up a shared wellness spot, while others may use items during meetings or keep them available for personal breaks. It is flexible and meant to fit the rhythm of your team.
The deadline to request a kit is April 30 so we can order supplies and prepare deliveries. Check the list below to see if your county office has already requested a kit.
If your office is not on the list and you would like a Take 5 to Thrive Kit, please complete the short request form below. Lead educators with multiple offices can designate a single delivery location for distribution.
