As you know, a transition is in place to move web resources (sites) from Liferay to UNLcms (Drupal). The University Communications – Internet and Interactive Media Group is responsible for the transition, which is now underway. Discussions are being held with leaders of such subject matter resources as Food, Beef, Backyard Farmer, Water and Cropwatch. Also, a focus group met last week to discuss the transition of statewide resources including county, and research and extension center sites. These conversations are important to ensure the transition occurs as seamlessly as possible. The goal is to complete the Liferay to UNLcms transition by Fall 2015.
