A new iPad app will feature Nebraska Extension 4-H events at the State Fair. The app features a daily schedule of 4-H events taking place at the Nebraska State Fair; current results from 4-H exhibits, shows and contests; photos and videos from 4-H events at the fair; a live Twitter feed about ongoing 4-H events; maps of the state fairgrounds with tram and parade routes; and a registration form for more information about 4-H and a chance to win a prize.
The app is available by searching for "Nebraska Extension 4-H" in the iTunes App Store.
Special "App Stop" kiosks in the State Fair's 4-H/FFA Building will also display information provided through the app. The information will also be posted online at http://4h.unl.edu.
