Youth Entrepreneurship Clinics (YEC)

Youth Entrepreneurship Clinics (YEC) is a place-based, community-driven approach to helping youth experience and learn about entrepreneurship by partnering with local start-ups and businesses and collaborating to solve real issues. We have completed 2 successful pilots of the YEC program and one pilot of YEC-TECH (with computational thinking and STEM components). If you are interested in learning more about YEC or YEC-TECH or would like to explore the possibility of implementing this in your community, let us know! We are in the process of exploring new implementation sites and planning a train-the-trainer workshop. For more information, please contact Surin Kim (surin@unl.edu) or Maria de Guzman (mguzman2@unl.edu). You can also learn more about YEC from our website (entrepreneurshipclinics.com).
