County programs, clubs, and other 4-H groups are encouraged to host local events on the charter day, February 15, 2019. Order N|150 ice cream from the Dairy Store or create cookies in the N|150 shape using the 3D Printable Cookie Cutter. Ice Cream and cookies can be made available for any Extension events in 2019. If your county is planning to celebrate the N|150 at another time throughout the year, feel free to order ice cream or make cookies for those events as well!
Nifty 150 Ice Cream
The official ice cream of the N|150 Celebration is the Nifty 150 (strawberry swirl ice cream with dark chocolate chips). It is available through the UNL Dairy Store in 3 Gallon buckets at $62.00 per one, in 1.5 Qts at $9.25 per one, and also 8 ounce cups at $2.60 per one. To order the ice cream, contact Josie Houston (jhouston@unl.edu) or LeRoy Braden (lbraden2@unl.edu). Please be sure to give them ample time to get the ice cream produced!
Cookie Cutter
Print your own N|150 cookie cutter with a local 3D printer using the file and instructions. A photo of the cookie cutter and decorated cookies is attached. Pre-printed cookie cutters are not available for purchase.
