In exchange for 40 hours of training, Extension Master Gardener Volunteers (EMGVs) volunteer 40 hours of their time. EMGVs serve an important role extending the horticulture education and outreach from Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County. The 2026 training begins in February. Application deadline is Jan. 16.
