Professors Rick Duncan, Bill Lyons, and Catherine Wilson recently published the 2012 revised edition of their book, "The Law and Practice of Secured Transactions: Working with Article 9 (2012 Law Journal Press)." This book is one of the leading treatises on the law of secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code.
