Professor Jack Beard delivered a presentation on the current cyber legislative and policy landscape at a meeting of the National Association of County Commissioners in Omaha, Nebraska. The meeting was part of a major cyber security symposium hosted by the University of Nebraska (Omaha) and sponsored by the Peter Kiewit Institute.
Beard also spoke at the Annual Meeting of the American Society of International Law in Washington, D.C., on “The Raid on Osama Bin Laden and the Legal Consequences for State Sovereignty and International Humanitarian Law.”
