Adjunct Professor and Vice Chairman, Space, Cyber and Telecommunications Advisory Board, Dennis J. Burnett co-chaired the Session on International Regulation of Space Communications: Current Issues at the 56th International Institute of Space Law Colloquium in Beijing, China in September and presented a lecture on International Trade Controls for Space Law course at the University of Colorado School of Law in October.
