Both Net Neutrality proponents and opponents are concerned about the recent decision from the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals that overturned the FCC's "net neutrality" rule. University of Nebraska Law Professor Justin "Gus" Hurwitz, an expert in telecommunications and Internet policy, says the court got it right. He predicts the FCC will find a new way to regulate the Internet, one where it will allow firms to develop new business models, but step in if they prove harmful to consumers.

Hurwitz was also featured on RealClearMarkets.com: Net neutrality decisions should make both sides happy:
University of Nebraska law professor Justin "Gus" Hurwtiz, an expert in Internet, communications and technology policy, says he's not surprised that the D.C. Circuit Court Of Appeals struck down the FCC's "network neutrality" rule. The rule had prevented broadband service providers from blocking data transmissions for financial or strategic reasons. The big question, Hurwitz says, is what happens next. He said the decision appears to allow the FCC to use its Internet regulatory authority to address problems as they arise.
