Expanding Your World: Electronic Research Resources
In addition to Google, have you ever thought of using actual databases rather than taking your chances with a wide-open internet search, or taking Google’s challenge of “feeling lucky”? You can check out one of the nearly thirty databases in addition to Lexis and Westlaw to which the law library subscribes. Follow this link (http://law.unl.edu/library/databases/) to see a list of all of the databases. Those links include services such as BNA and Hein Online, each of which include access to dozens more database files. BNA, for example, features links to nearly 100 newsletters and publications. Hein Online features access to the full text of virtually all law reviews and journals as well as specialized publications like the Subject Compilation of State Laws.
