Under the Nebraska Supreme Court Rule of Legal Practice by Approved Senior Law Students, 3LS who have achieved 60 or greater credit hours may be certified to appear and participate in trials, hearings and other legal matters under the supervision of a lawyer admitted to practice law in Nebraska. Senior Certification Packets, which contain instructions on how to obtain this approval, are available on the Law College website (click on Current Students- Upperclass Information) or from the Registrar, Vicki Lill.
