The Nebraska Unicameral is considering a highly technical amendment (LB 146) to the Uniform Commercial Code, and Professor Catherine Wilson is leading the discussion surrounding the proposal. Last week, Wilson presented to the Banking, Commerce and insurance Committee during a hearing on the bill.
