Panelists for the Criminal Prosecution Exploring Opportunities program include Breanna Anderson of the Platte County Attorney's Office, Tony Hernandez of the Douglas County Attorney's Office, Holly Parsley of the Lancaster County Attorney's Office, Connor Reuter of the Lincoln City Attorney's Office, and Bill Tangeman of the Attorney's General's Office. Professor Steve Schmidt of the Criminal Clinic will moderate the panel discussion. This year, we will break out into small group sessions so that you can interact with the practitioners in a smaller group setting.
Exploring Opportunities is a series of programs featuring people practicing in different areas of the law. It's intended to educate students about the different practice areas but also what it's like to practice in these areas in different atmospheres - big firm versus small firm, firm versus government versus non-profit, etc.
