Please join Allies & Advocates for LGBTQ Equality for two events in honor of Transgender Awareness Week.
On Monday, November 11at 12:10pm we will be hosting a Brown Bag lunch in Room 131. The discussion will be focused on the concept of gender, and includes a showing of Sam Killermann's TED talk entitled "Understanding the Complexities of Gender."
On Thursday, November 14 from 7:00 to 10:00pm in Room 109 we will be hosting a Q&A about the legal issues affecting the transgender community and screening the film "Gun Hill Road". Snacks will be provided.
