The ABA Section of Litigation announces its Summer 2014 Judicial Intern Opportunity Program, open to first- and second-year minority and economically disadvantaged law students. The program is a full-time (32 hours per week), six-week minimum, summer internship. Interns will receive an award of $2,000.
The goal is to place 150 students with judges for summer internships in Illinois; Texas; Washington, D.C.; Miami; Philadelphia; Seattle; Phoenix; Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Applications for second-year law students were accepted beginning November 4. Applications for first-year law students will be accepted December 1. All applications must be accepted by January 10, 2014.
