Thursdays

Library Basement, North Side

This is an invitation to everyone in the Law School Community to join us for free weekly Yoga classes.

This is a class for Law School Community from the Law School Community, so there are no expectations, experience requirements, or judgments on perceived ability. We expect students of the law, and no more. It is simply an opportunity to relieve the stress and tension at can build up during the school year.

•There are no pre-req or fees to join us.
•We have mats, though feel free to bring your own.
•Wear what you're comfortable moving in.

Amy Jirsa (our instructor) provides multiple versions of each move so that everyone from complete novices to advance yogis are able to comfortably participate.

We will also be working to officially become a school club this year with other opportunities and events to socialize and reduce stress. Potentially events: Library to 5k running group, Taco Tuesday Bike ride, Apple Picking, Pumpkin Patch trip, and a Zoo visit.

We would love to have you join us!
