Nebraska Law had the pleasure of hosting United Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. last week for a conversational presentation with Chief Judge of the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and Nebraska alum, William J. Riley. The Chief Justice and Judge Riley discussed topics ranging from partisanship in the judicial confirmation process to what the Chief Justice Roberts does for fun. In addition to attending the presentation, second year Nebraska Law students had the opportunity to interact with the Chief Justice during their Constitutional Law classes and others had the opportunity to lunch with the Chief Justice.
