Mel Shinn Day is a special day of activities held each year in honor of a venerated law student's love for life and athletics. Mel Shin's (Class of 1966) untimely passing led his classmates to create the tradition of a day of activities, and is a time for friendly competition, fun, and camaraderie. Join us for your choice of basketball, tennis, dodgeball, a 5K run, mini-golf in the library, and more! The Dean's Office hosts a lunch, along with door prizes and a bocce ball tournament.
This year, Mel Shinn Day will be held on Friday, September 23rd - so mark those calendars!
Cost to participate is $12 for SBA members and $15 for non-members. The price includes a t-shirt and admission to all events.
