Nebraska Law & the American Constitution Society will host Professor Eric Segall, Georgia State University College of Law, on Tuesday, Nov. 15 in Room 109 over the noon hour. While at the College, Professor Segall will discuss his book, "Supreme Myths," in which he provocatively argues that the Supreme Court does not act like a court when it decides constitutional cases.
