Whiteboards Update: Ready to Go!
The whiteboards, Class Gift from the Class of 2018, are installed in the study rooms on the second floor of the law library and ready for your use! Markers and erasers can be checked out from the circulation desk when you check out the study room key. Let us know when the markers run out of ink and we'll be sure to provide fresh ones.

Reference Services: Seminar Papers
Don't forget the law librarians are here to help with your research needs. For upper class students beginning to research seminar papers, we can help get you started and guide you to resources. Professor Pearlman has created a research guide, Researching a Seminar Paper (http://schmidguides.unl.edu/seminarpaper), as a ready reference resource. If you find you need more help, don't hesitate to contact any of the reference librarians; we would be happy to meet with you and discuss resources to help you as you research throughout the semester. Feel free to stop by and chat or set up an appointment; we're always happy to help.

Few Quick Reminders . . .
Cell Phones
Don't forget to limit your cell phone use in the law library to the study rooms or the phone booth behind the reserve room. Other phone calls should be taken outside of the law library. Your colleagues appreciate your efforts to keep the library a quiet place of study.

Don't Move the Chairs
Please do not move the chairs from table to table, carrel to table, or study room to table. Tables with seating for four should only seat four, not five or six. If you need a larger space to study, please use the study rooms or the student lounge area. The padded chairs at the carrels on the first floor are for those carrels, not the tables. If you find those chairs more comfortable, please use the carrels
