This year’s Cline Williams Jurist-in-Residence lecturer is Judge Raymond H. Lohier, Jr., a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Formerly, Judge Lohier served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York and the Chief of Securities and Commodities Fraud Tasks Force in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
