A session of the Sign Technician Basics Workshop will be held in Broken Bow on April 22.

Traffic control devices, including signs, are essential pieces of providing a safe, efficient transportation network. This workshop will introduce participants to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, signs common to local road systems in Nebraska, sign placement, sign posts, sign installation, maintaining a sign database, and tools useful in a sign program.

Sessions will be offered statewide for local agencies and state personnel. Currently scheduled sessions follow. If you would like to host a course in your area, contact Megan Patent-Nygren.
