Assistant Admissions Counselor: International Recruitment
The Office of Admissions provides service to prospective students, families, current students and guests. Being an assistant admissions counselor on the international team allows an opportunity to support non-traditional students through the process.

Qualifications/Duties:
• Experience with Customer Service, preferably in an office setting.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic and friendly public relationship to those who contact the Office of Admissions
• Respond to phone, walk-in and email inquiries related to UNL's admissions procedures and policies
• Provide counseling support for simple admissions and enrollment questions from students and guests.
• Ability to use technology to respond to student questions and look up information.
• Ability to handle confidential information regarding student admission.
• Data inputting for information requests and retrieve admissions status data
• Assist with mailings and other admissions projects as needed
• Primarily serve incoming international students.
• Experience with the international student population at Nebraska preferred.

Hours:
• 10 - 15 hours/week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m.
