Southwestern Undergraduate Mathematics Research Conference

The Southwestern Undergraduate Mathematics Research Conference (SUnMaRC) brings together students and faculty from throughout the southwest for a weekend of mathematics. SUnMaRC is designed to provide opportunities for students to attend or present mathematics research in a supportive and fun atmosphere. In addition to student talks, there are invited speakers.

This year, SUnMaRC will be hosted at Colorado State University from April 3 - 5. The schedule for the conference will be posted here: https://mathematics.colostate.edu/sunmarc/schedule/. There is still an opportunity for you to submit a presentation proposal until Friday, February 28. I would encourage you to discuss this with the faculty member that you are doing research with as you will need to develop a 15-20 minute presentation. You can submit a research presentation proposal here: https://mathematics.colostate.edu/sunmarc/presentations/.

It is also possible for you to attend the conference without presenting research. The registration form is available here: https://mathematics.colostate.edu/sunmarc/registration/. The deadline to register for the conference is Friday, February 28.
