Become A Student Ambassador!

The College of Arts and Sciences is searching for its next Student Ambassadors! Student ambassadors do a variety of different things for the College and a lot unique and valuable training. If you like meeting new people and having awesome experiences, consider applying today at https://go.unl.edu/casambassadors!

The College of Arts and Sciences Ambassadors is a select group of committed undergraduate students who volunteer their time sharing stories with prospective students and their parents at various events throughout the year.

Ambassadors:
• provide information about major(s) and minor(s)
• show facilities where different majors within the College or Arts and Sciences are housed
• answer questions about the college application process and transitioning to college life

Sharing personal experiences at events is an essential part of the prospective student recruitment process. Within the ambassador program, there will be opportunities to network and socialize with other Arts and Sciences students, additional service projects throughout the year, and various professional development opportunities.

The College is looking to recruit excited, outgoing, and goal orientated individuals to join our team starting in November. Student Ambassador applicants should have a declared major in the College of Arts and Sciences and be enrolled full time. Involvement in other student organizations, volunteering, leadership roles, research, internships and/or education abroad is a plus but not required.

Vital Details:
• Application is open from Monday, October 26th through Wednesday, November 25th at 5 pm.
• Virtual interviews will take place the first two weeks of December.
• The training process will be to have student shadow throughout the entire spring semester.
• All College of Arts and Sciences Student Ambassadors are volunteers.
