Military & Veteran Success Center Science Tutor
The Military & Veteran Success Center (MVSC) is looking for a Science Tutor for the 2022-2023 academic year!
The primary responsibility is to provide tutoring assistance for military connected students (student veterans, active-duty service members and military dependents) in the subject of Science. The MVSC will give preference to those students that are military connected.
Science: Proficient in BIOS 101 & 110 (General and Human Biology), LIFE 120 & 121 (Fundamentals of Biology I & II) and CHEM 109 & 110 (Chemistry I & II). Preferred, but not required, advanced Biology and Chemistry knowledge.
The MVSC would prefer the tutor to work 1 or 2 days a week (negotiable on days of the week) for 3-4 hours starting approximately at 4 or 5 pm until 7 or 8 pm in the MVSC located in Room 16 of the Nebraska Union.
