Juan N. Franco Legacy Scholarship
Define American would like to share with you our application for the Juan N. Franco Legacy Scholarship. The Juan N. Franco Legacy Scholarship, formerly known as the Hope for the Future Scholarship, was created in the Fall of 2016. Students who led the creation of the scholarship believed in the importance of higher education. The scholarship is meant to support students who are ineligible for financial aid through FAFSA.
This is an internal scholarship available to current UNL students or incoming freshmen. The application is currently open and will last until April 15, 2025. Here’s a direct link to the scholarship application: https://oasis.unl.edu/franco-legacy-scholarship/.
Eligibility
- Not qualified for financial aid
- High school GPA of 2.5 or higher
- College GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Must be enrolled, or plan to enroll, at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
