MTEP STRETCH Summer Bridge Institute

The MTEP STRETCH (Supporting The Retention of Early-career Teachers of Mathematics) Working Group is offering a free virtual summer institute for early-career teachers, designed to support teachers as they navigate the shift from pre-service teaching to the first few years of in-service teaching. The institute will include engaging workshops and practical strategies to set participants up for success in the upcoming school year. Session topics include understanding school systems, effective classroom routines, building classroom communities, professional communication, creating a work-life balance, and inquiry-based teaching. Knowles 2026 Teaching Fellowship

The Knowles Teaching Fellowship supports early-career high school math and science teachers in a four-year fellowship with financial support, professional learning, mentoring and coaching, and regional and national networks.
