The MTEP STRETCH (Supporting The Retention of Early-career Teachers of Mathematics) Working Group is resuming its monthly meetings for pre-service teachers, recent graduates, and their mentor teachers. Each month participants conduct a PDSA cycle around their teaching practice. During monthly meetings, participants share their PDSA cycles in small groups, connect with other teachers and teacher educators, and learn a bit about the monthly professional learning topic.
