Young Nebraska Scientists (YNS) conducts camps throughout the state for middle and high schoolers, and high school researcher paid opportunities for Summer 2021. YNS experiences introduce some of today's hottest topics that integrate science, technology, engineering and math -- led by Nebraska's university faculty and students. Opportunities include:

For Middle School Students:
• The Secret Life of Metals, July 19-21 (commuter camp, at Creighton University in Omaha)

For High School Students:
• Chemistry and Nanoscience Behind Renewable Energy Technologies, June 1-2 (virtual camp, from University of Nebraska-Lincoln)
• Small But Mighty: A Hands-on Investigation of Viruses and Bacteria, June 7-11 (commuter camp, at Bellevue University)
• Explorations in Biology, June 21-24 (at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln)
