Registration for summer Discovery Day Camps at the University of Nebraska State Museum-Morrill Hall is now LIVE!
Day camps at Morrill Hall are hands-on, minds-on experiences where campers explore various natural history and science topics through engaging activities. Topics include paleontology, astronomy, zoology, anthropology, natural history, art in science, entomology, and much more! Each camp is led by UNSM educators, with potential opportunities to engage with museum researchers and guest speakers.
Camps are offered for students who have completed kindergarten through 8th grade during the 2024-2025 school year. Various camps are offered to different age levels and topics. Half-day camps are offered for $135 per camp and full-day camps for $260 per camp. Museum members get $20 off of these prices.
This year, the museum is offering two new and exciting summer day camps for middle school campers, "EarthForce-Community Action" and "WonderWise: Scientists in Action."
