The Nebraska MEP and the Food Processing Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln are offering free videos that provide an overview of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) regulations. The videos feature Dr. Bismarck Martinez, assistant professor and food safety research specialist for the Nebraska MEP and FPC. These videos, produced as part of the Food Safety in the Heartland grant, are recommended viewing for food manufacturers.
