An annual on-site Current Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Facilities training will be available from the Nebraska MEP and the UNL Food Processing Center. The course conforms to FDA regulatory requirements in a one-day, 4-hour course to operationalize standard procedures for food manufacturing personnel. This training serves as a partial requirement to develop a company's food safety plan. Individuals who complete the course will receive a certificate of completion.
