
Principles and best practices for cleaning and sanitation in food manufacturing facilities is the subject of a daily online workshop, Dec 9-11. This course will outline building a successful sanitation program under FSMA and will be led by three food scientists from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln faculty: Rossanna Villa Rojas, PhD., Yulie Meneses, PhD., and Bismarck Martinez, PhD. Each session will begin at 3:00 p.m. Space is limited to 25 individuals, all registrations for food manufacturing participants are paid by a grant from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
