Job Relations, Job Instructions, and Lean 101 Simulation one-day workshops are slotted for Lincoln, Omaha, Columbus and Kearney. The workshops began in July and currently continue through October. Job Relations and Job Instructions are part of the Nebraska MEP’s supervisor development training course. They educate supervisors on how to build trust, create clear communication, avoid people problems and develop standard processes to train employees. Lean 101 uses Lego simulations to design efficient process and build best production processes.
“With the difficulty finding good employees in the labor market, it’s more important than ever to develop and train up a company’s current workforce,” says Joe Roy, business development specialist for the Nebraska MEP. “We’re putting these workshops in companies’ backyards and its the perfect opportunity to send 2-3 key individuals for a day.”
All workshops are $200 per person which includes lunch and all training materials. Advanced registration is required.
