This valuable tool is offered free of charge by the Nebraska MEP, and can help identify next steps and other services and tools that can help chart the course for the future.

Strategy Development and Deployment is led by Nebraska MEP Director, Matt Allmand. Leveraging 25 years of experience of building and growing manufacturing companies, Allmand helps companies identify tangible, measurable goals for growth, and how to align operations to meet and exceed those goals.
