Learn best practices over lunch with this free webinar series, presented by food safety expert, Dr. Byron Chaves, sponsored by The Nebraska MEP and the UNL Food Processing Center. "There are many facets to safe food production," says Chaves. "The goal is to outline the ways to detect, mitigate and eliminate microbiological hazards from the food chain. And we're doing it in bite-size samples to promote best practices."

The monthly series is presented live on the last Tuesday of the month, from 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. The first session is August 30.
