Manufacturing supervisors and leads have additional opportunities to attend the Nebraska MEP’s Job Relations and Job Instruction 1-day workshops. Job Instruction helps identify correct and safe processes for performing work. Workshops has been added in Lincoln on April 18 and Omaha on May 19.
Job Relations provides the foundations for positive employee relationships, and recognizing, solving and preventing problem situations. There are currently workshops being offered in Omaha on April 21, Gothenburg on April 25, and Lincoln on May 23.
All workshops are $250 per participant which includes lunch and all training materials.
