Two upcoming workshops to help build and develop employee skills:

March 13-Lean 101 Simulation Workshop-1-day class using a Lego airplane simulation process to apply best practices to streamline production and cut waste. Details:

April 3-Problem Solving examines the problem-solving process and covers tools like PDCA (Plan, Do, Check Act) including real life experiences and other exercises, including identifying critical success factors to make problem-solving a positive experience.
