FOR WRITERS AGED 7-15
The I Love to Write / We Love to Write workshops are a series of summer writing workshops for youth and families to write in a supportive environment. This year’s workshops will focus on a variety of writing styles, strategies, genres and activities. Sessions will meet on the UNL Campus June 17-21. The Celebration of Writers Ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 22, at 10am. These workshops are led by Sandra Peter and Susan Dinsdale, experienced teachers of writing.
Workshops include youth grades 2-5 (I Love to Write, June 17-21, 9-11 AM); grades 6-8 (I Love to Write 2, June 17-21, 12:30-2:30 PM), and families--adults with youth grades 2-8 (We Love to Write, 4:00-6:00 PM). These camps are $100 per writer (or, for We Love To Write, $100/family).
