Healthy 'Cooking-for-One' class is Feb. 14

Learn to go beyond a frozen dinner night after night and be creative in planning healthy meals in the class 'Cooking For One: The Basics' from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Feb. 14 in the Campus Rec Center.

Participants receive a cookbook with more than 50 recipes, plus will be able to share their own recipes and learn from others. This class is instructed by registered dietician Karen Miller.

Cost is $10 for UNL students and CREC members; $20 for the public. Register in person at the Campus Rec Center or call 402-472-3467.
