Glow Big Red is a 24-hour giving event to support the university. You can show your support for the university and encourage others to do the same.
Attend the Student Celebrations
Plan to stop by events from noon to 2 p.m. at the Nebraska Union & Nebraska East Union on Thursday, Feb. 13. There’ll be free cookies, a donor “thank you” banner to sign and you can take a photo with Herbie!
Show Your Glow – Instagram Challenge
Snap a pic in front of a glowing building and share with the hashtag #GlowBigRed. You’ll be entered to win prizes! Entries run from 6 p.m. to midnights February 13, 2020. (View a map of buildings that will glow red.) Prizes include wireless earbuds, a Yeti coffee tumbler and Nebraska swag!
Encourage Giving
The NU Foundation’s goal is to raise 1,869 gifts in recognition of the year the University of Nebraska was founded. Each gift will help inch closer to that goal and many gifts will unlock additional challenges. Many causes supporting students and even some RSOs are participating!
