International Student Fellowship Club
The group is gathering 6 to 8 p.m. November 1 and 2 to 4 p.m. November 2 in the Nebraska Union to converse and practice English as a second language in a relaxed, non-structured way. Attendees can talk about their cultural experience as international students and how they translate to our cultures, while having friendly conversations with local volunteers.

Spectrum UNL
The organization hosts Asexual and Aromantic Affinity Hour from 5 to 6 p.m. every other Tuesday (Nov. 2 this week) in Nebraska Union Room 234 for community-building among asexual and aromantic people.

Shotokan Karate of America Club
The club has Shotokan Ohshima Karate-do & Self-Defense from 5:45 to 7:45 p.m. November 2 in Nebraska Union. Students can participate in one practice for free. Read more details about the club's practices and events.

UNL Rodeo Association
The group will have Roping Practice Night from 6 to 10 p.m. November 2 at the Lancaster Event Center (on 84th St). The practice is open to the public to come and utilize their stock.

Ballroom Dance Club
Students are invited to Social Dance Lessons from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. November 2 in the Nebraska Union Ballroom.
The session is an hour of instruction on moves and techniques, then a half-hour of open floor to try what you've learned, get creative, and socialize. The club teaches a variety of dances: West Coast, East Coast, and country swing to rumba, cha-cha, tango, and waltz.

Learn about the culture of the evil eye while making your own evil eye bracelet at the student orgs Make Your Own Evil Eye Bracelet event from 5 to 6 p.m. November 3 in the Nebraska Union.

Newman Center
The organization is leading a Eucharistic Procession through city campus on the night of Nov. 4, starting at 7 p.m. Starting and ending at the Newman Center, the procession will walk through campus and make stops at the Nebraska Union Plaza, Memorial Stadium, and the corner of 17th & Vine Streets. India Students Association
ISA is inviting Huskers, friends, and family for a night full of fun, food, and frolic at their largest event Diwali Night starting at 5:30 p.m. November 6 in the Nebraska East Union's Great Plains Room.
Diwali is the most significant and famous festival of India, signifying the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair.
The event is limited to 120 people and tickets are first come, first serve. Find more info about ticket prices and the event on the group's Instagram.

Nebraska Pre-Vet Club
Through November 5, the club is seeking item donations for their Dog Toy Fundraiser. Things to donate include old T-shirts, flannels, tennis balls, rope, and plastic water bottles.
Drop off donations at the club's collection box on the first floor of Nebraska East Union (near the welcome desk). The club will use the donated materials to make dog toys for their fundraiser in December.

Visual Artists in Practice
The graduate students of UNL Fine Arts will open their doors to the public for MFA Open Studio from 5 to 7:30 p.m. November 5 in Woods Art Building and Richards Hall.
All are welcome to join in this unique opportunity to see the studios, completed and in-progress work, and meet the artists. At 7:15 p.m. the group is will announce winners of their prize drawing containing one piece of artwork from each artist. All proceeds from the drawing support UNL Fine Art graduate students.

Kappa Kappa Gamma
Join their philanthropic Krispy Kreme x KKG Fundraiser from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. November 7 at the Kappa Kappa Gamma chapter house.
At the event, the sorority will sell Krispy Kreme donuts to raise money for the National Brain Tumor Society. Tickets are ticket for $5 via the group's Crowd Change page or $6 at the door.
