By the numbers: Dining Services’ Thanksgiving Dinner
One of the most popular traditional desserts, it took 34 pumpkin pies to offer dessert in the dining halls. Numerous additional dessert options were also avaialble.
As is tradition, Dining Services hosted its annual Thanksgiving Dinner Nov. 18 for students. The meal was served in all dining centers on campus, which means a lot of Thanksgiving staples were prepared, including turkey and pumpkin pie. Read on to see how much food dining staff prepped and cooked.
