Teams of up to 6 people are invited to play in a nationwide Virtual General Knowledge Trivia Night at 7 p.m. April 9. The event raises money for HearU, a foundation that provides hearing aids to children who cannot otherwise afford them.

Rwandan Student Association

This RSO is hosting a public 28th commemoration of Genocide against Tutsi and a Walk To Remember from 5 to 6:30 p.m. April 9 in the Nebraska Union Centennial Room.

The remembrance ceremony will include lighting candles, testimonies from genocide survivors, poems, a short-movie screening, reading names of the lost innocent lives and sharing the message of comfort. During the event, there’ll also be a walk to remember and a silent reminder of what to do to make sure the Genocide won’t happen ever again. Read more.

Residence Hall Association

The groups invites hall residents to the April Movie Night from 5:30 to 8 p.m. April 10 in the Willa Cather Dining Center's Red Cloud Room.

The film will be picked from a selection of movies found on the RHA Movie Channel in April. Popcorn and drinks will be offered, as well as chances to win prizes through various activities before the film starts.
