Well-being Ambassadors
This group of nearly 100 student volunteers facilitate conversations about mental health and well-being with peers and use strategies that promote well-being.

Through conversations, you’ll help students learn about their own well-being and break down falsehoods about getting help. Well-being Ambassadors also deliver presentations and promote the work of Big Red Resilience and Well-being through outreach events.
